Your duties
Identify investment opportunities in Life Science international markets
Focus on nutritional products, dietary supplements, diagnostics, medical foods, drugs, OTC and innovative approaches to prevent chronic diseases
Evaluation of investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation and execution of contracts and full involvement in the investment process through closing
Your background
Sound degree in a Life Science related field and an MBA or equivalent
Experience in BD, in- and out- licensing, M&A, strategic alliances, consumer products and/or consultancy
Understanding of due diligence processes and IP
Prior experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred
