Neuroptix is creating and developing an innovative non-invasive and predictive eye scanning test for the early detection and diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease. Neuroptix's goal is to provide clinicians with a predictive, reliable, inexpensive and widely available test that can be performed quickly and accurately by a general practitioner in an office setting, to enable swift intervention and ongoing monitoring of patients. The company is also licensing its laser eye scanning technology to pharmaceutical companies for use in preclinical and clinical development of new Alzheimer's drugs.
