- Hans-Michael is the corporate counsel of Inventages based in the London office. Before joining Inventages, he has been for two years with bluO, a German based restructuring fund and for four years with Heussen, a major German business law firm.
- His expertise includes fields of law as diverse as corporate law, fund structuring, tax law, securities, capital markets and IP. In his latest position at bluO he had advised amongst others on all major acquisitions of this fund in 2009.
- Hans-Michael has studied law at the university of Munich and holds a phD of the university of Regensburg in EC law (topic: Technical standards in the EC).
