- Prior to joining BioPacific Management in 2004, Howard was a co-founder of Tercica, an endocrine drug development company which is now based in the US but was originally based in New Zealand. Howard was also a founding executive of the ag-biotech company, ViaLactia Biosciences. His earlier career was in technical and general management positions within the NZ dairy industry.
- Howard has a Bachelor of Food Technology from Massey University.
