- Rainer contributes broad skills in sector-focused Venture Capital, including portfolio strategy, finance and exit management, gained during his 4-year tenure at Global Life Science Ventures, a dedicated investor in early-stage life science companies. Prior to entering Venture Capital, he gained start-up company experience at the molecular diagnostics company FRIZ Biochem and as freelancer for several other companies in the Munich area.
- Rainer holds an MSc in life science from University of Konstanz and an MBA from Technical University of Munich, both with honors, and obtained Finance training in the USA at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
