- Stefan has more than 20 years of experience as a global Human Resources Executive at Blue Chip companies like the Swatch Group Ltd., the Marc Rich Group and BAT. Further on he acted successfully as an international Human Capital Development & Executive Search Consultant with his own company Hofer Human Relations.
- Stefan holds BA's in Law, Economics, Philosophy and History from the University of Berne and the Free University of Berlin. Additionally he achieved a Master of Human Resources Management degree from the International Business School Zurich, ZfU.
